Will it replace our receptionist?
Usually no — it handles the routine stuff so reception can focus on hospitality, exceptions and complex visitors. Most HQs keep their receptionist and add the kiosk.
How is visitor data stored?
EU-hosted, GDPR-compliant by design. Configurable retention periods. We provide DPA and DPIA documentation.
Can we customise the look?
Yes — branded UI, custom welcome flows, language options, your photography and brand assets. Most rollouts include a 1–2 week design phase before go-live.
What about access control integration?
Optional. Some clients have the kiosk issue a temporary QR code or RFID badge that opens specific doors during the visit. We work with most major access control systems.
