Meeting room screens that just work - every morning, every meeting

Meeting room screens and conference room AV cover displays, video bars, room booking panels and wireless presentation – specified to work together, every time. The goal is meetings that start on time: walk in, one cable or one tap, and the screen just works. We design, install and monitor the full setup across HQs and branch offices.

Two products, one job

Most meeting room rollouts need both — but they’re often handled by different teams and never quite line up. We deliver both as one project:

Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Exchange on-prem — we integrate with what you have. Booking panels run on iiyama, Logitech, Crestron or Yealink hardware depending on what fits your IT estate best. We help you choose.

Common questions

Do we need Microsoft Teams Rooms specifically?

No – we deploy Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Google Meet rooms, or BYOD setups depending on what your organisation uses. We help you choose based on your existing IT, not what we’d prefer to install.

Booking panels can auto-release the room after 10–15 minutes if no one checks in. Reduces ghost bookings and frees up space for ad-hoc meetings.

Yes – bookings, check-ins, no-shows, peak hours, room popularity. Useful for facility planning and right-sizing your meeting room portfolio.

A single room: half a day. A 50-room HQ rollout: typically 4–8 weeks including IT integration. We schedule around your calendar — most install happens evenings and weekends.

We train your IT, your facilities team, and run drop-in sessions for staff after rollout. Most setups are intuitive – train people not to be afraid of the screen, basically.
